NRA Member Antique Cast Iron Bookends

RARE 1930’s National Recovery Administration ” original, solid iron bookends. The NRA was part of Franklin Roosevelt’s “New Deal” for the American People during the Great Depression. These bookends measure 5″ high and 5.25″ wide, Solid cast iron construction, both bookends hold a magnet. The pair weighs approximately 3.5 pounds. Very striking and unique part of American history.
